Hadley, NY – Michael Wheeler, a 36-year-old registered sex offender has been jailed after he allegedly molested an 8-year-old girl, then forced her and two other children to wear diapers. According to police, Wheeler had sex with an 8-year-old girl while staying at a campground in the town of Hadley in 2007.
