This video was brought to our attention via Facebook. It shows a toddler girl being beaten by another child while an ADULT instructs her to beat her and video tapes the incident. No one seems to know WHO the child being beaten is, and we are asking for the pubic’s help in helping to identify her, along with all the others involved.
