8-year sentence for Richland child rape
RICHLAND, Wash. — A man who worked at a Richland day care was sentenced to nearly eight years in prison for raping a 2-year-old boy. The sentence given to 22-year-old Luca Anthony Miller on Thursday in Benton County Superior Court is a mandatory minimum.
