Child Forced To Eat Feces

ONEIDA, N.Y. – Two women have been charged after police say one of the women forced a child to eat feces from a soiled diaper. According to City of Oneida Police, Melissa A. Seifert, 35, of Munnsville and Julie L. Patane, 28, of Oneida were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Friday, October 21.
