A pedophile priest dubbed a ‘sadist’ by his victims has been jailed for at least nine years for luring schoolboys to his office with video games, cigarettes and alcohol before sexually abusing. Former Catholic cleric David Edward Rapson, 61, was found guilty of sexually abusing six boys at two Victorian boarding schools in the 1970s and 1980s. Rapson was in 2013 jailed for 13 years, but was bailed 12 months later when the Victorian Court of Appeal quashed his rape and sexual assault convictions. He was found guilty in three new trials in February and March this year. In sentencing on Monday, County Court judge James Parrish described Rapson as a sexual predator who took advantage of the trust he had as a teacher and spiritual adviser. Missing 5-year-old brother of ‘dumpster baby’ found drowned in Nebraska river: ARRESTS MADE

The body of a missing five-year-old has been found after his adult brother was arrested for killing him and his mother and dumping their baby brother in a dumpster. Authorities said that Josue Ramirez-Marinero’s body was found stuck in tree branches on the east bank of the Elkhorn River in Omaha, Nebraska on Monday morning. His older brother, Roberto Martinez-Marinero, told cops last week that he’d thrown the boy off a bridge into the water about a mile upstream from where the body was eventually discovered.  At 11:30am on Monday, Omaha Fire Department divers recovered the body. A Mexican couple have been arrested and accused of forcing their own 12-year-old daughter to have sex with a stranger while the mother filmed the rapes. Lorena Isela Cortinas and the girl’s father, Ricardo Navarro Allende, are said to have subsequently attempted to sell the tapes to a pedophile ring in their home town of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. In an attempt to defend their behavior, Cortinas reportedly claimed that she and her husband had allowed the man to rape their daughter because he promised to buy them a new house and van. MINOT, N.D.—The superintendent and high school principal of the Sawyer Public School System in north-central North Dakota has been charged with three felony counts for having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy. According to Minot police investigators, Charles Soper, 50, who lives in Minot, began contact with the juvenile using Grindr, a smartphone application designed for gays. GREENWOOD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities say the bodies of two adults and two children were found in a trailer in a rural area of Michigan’s northeastern Lower Peninsula. Michigan State Police First Lt. Mike Hahn said the bodies discovered Saturday morning were that of a 24-year-old woman, 39-year-old man, and boys who were 2 and 4 years old. GENESEE COUNTY, Michigan – A known sex offender and suspected con man is on the loose. You can help put him behind bars. Michigan State Police Trooper Rick Jones’ office wall is covered with the names and faces of wanted men. Highlighted in yellow, and smack dab in the middle, is his most prized. “He’s one I just cannot find,” Jones said. Michael Rabitaille, 55,  is a tier three sex offender absconder who hasn’t registered in the state’s database in more than five years. He was convicted in 1987 for raping a child in Massachusetts and spent more than 20 years in prison. Babysitter arrested in death of 7-month-old

OREGON CITY, Oregon — A 37-year-old babysitter was arrested Wednesday in the death of a 7-month-old who was in her care earlier this month, Oregon City Police Dept. said. Sarah Elizabeth Martin was arrested around 4:30 p.m. near her mother’s home in Oregon City. PHOENIX, Arizona – A teacher at Longview Elementary School in Phoenix is accused of sexual conduct with a 12-year-old student, according to court records. Kenne Michael Worthen, 27, is facing charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, child molestation and sexual conduct with a minor.  He was arrested at the school on Friday afternoon. The investigation began after the victim’s classmates told a teacher they believed the victim and Worthen were having inappropriate conversations.
