Julie M. Calahan, 23, of the 100 block of E. Maple Street, of Brinkley, Arkansas has been charged with Murder of an 11 month-old girl. The suspect had moved to Arkansas in 2009 and with the assistance of the Arkansas State Police was taken into custody. She was extradited back to Virginia Beach in January and is awaiting trial.
