On Wednesday night, 26-year old Concepcion Rodriguez was arrested by Corpus Christi officials when her 15-month old child was found unconscious, strapped in his car seat for three hours, while the car boiled to 104 degrees. ST. JOSEPH, MI. -An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old west Michigan girl. The Michigan State Police say Chloe West, of St. Joseph, was abducted by a non-custodial parent. She went missing Thursday. Police say she is endangered. According to the St. Joseph Police Department, she was last seen with Lisa Lynn West, 40, who police say lost her parenting rights when a court terminated them. READ MORE HERE

His father, Michael Heger, picked him up  from there on Jan. 6th 2006 and did not  return him to his mother, from whom he is divorced, on Jan. 8th 2006 as had been agreed. When Felix disappeared he was almost three years old. Until today there is no trace of him! An armed man is dead after police say he fatally shot a former coworker and wounded multiple civilians outside the Empire State Building this morning. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says at 9:03 a.m. the gunman, identified as Jeffrey Johnson, 58, of Manhattan confronted a former boss at Hazan Imports located at 10 West 33rd Street. A catalogue of police failings allowed a sadistic killer to murder his ex-partner and daughter, an investigation has found. Officers took ‘inadequate action’ to arrest David Oakes, 50, before he shot Christine Chambers, 38, and Shania, two, at their home in Braintree, Essex, the police watchdog concluded. GREECE, NY — The upstate New York school bus monitor who received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations after a video of her being harassed by students went viral has decided to use some of the proceeds to start her own anti-bullying foundation. Now retired, Karen Klein, 68, has decided to start her own campaign, called the Karen Klein Anti-Bullying Foundation, on the website giveback.org. “This is for education, for people who have been bullied,” Klein told CNN affiliate WROC.  READ MORE HERE

YOSEMITE, CA — National Parks Service search-and-rescue crews say they have recovered the body of 6-year-old Jacob Adams who disappeared along with his brother in the Merced River in Yosemite. 31-year-old, Casey Dickerson, provided a group of teenage boys and a 15-year-old girl with alcohol while on a Carnival Cruise. He, along with the boys, then sexually attacked the girl. According NY Daily News, Dickerson publicly denied the attack, however admitted that he did supply teens with the alcohol. After complaining about noise, Dickerson and his wife were given a second room, but still allowed to keep their first. Brian Cooper, 35, suffocated pregnant  21-year-old Alisha Bromfield while they were staying in Sand Bay Beach Resort during his sister’s wedding. The two had reportedly dated in the past, but  went to the wedding as friends. Pittsburgh police: Baby abducted from hospital is found

(CNN) — An infant abducted Thursday afternoon from a Pittsburgh hospital has been found and reunited with his mother, officials said. Spokeswoman Diane Richard of the Pittsburgh police confirmed the recovery hours after a woman not believed to be a hospital employee took the baby. CNN affiliate WPXI said the 3-day-old baby was taken from Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. Wendy Zellner, a UPMC spokeswoman, told CNN the abduction occurred as the family was preparing for the infant to be discharged.  READ MORE HERE

A man is in jail on $500,000 bail today after being arrested by San Jose police on suspicion of murdering a 17-month-old boy in April. Police arrested 38-year-old Alejandro Benitez, of San Jose, on Friday in connection with an incident in which police and firefighters responded to reports of an infant in distress in the 2100 block of Mendota Way around 2:20 p.m. on April 4. The boy was unresponsive when they arrived, and later died at Regional Medical Center of San Jose. Delano, CA – Cesar Osuna, a former Delano, California man accused of beating his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son to death, suffered a gruesome death after he was found impaled on a fence. New information has been released after the conviction of a mother, 23-year-old Noemi Mendoza, who reportedly left her 2-year-old son in the custody of a man she knew to be dangerous.
