Cincinnati, OH – Alicia Gaston, a 20-year-old Ohio woman has been jailed after she allegedly raped her boyfriend’s 7-year-old son. According to police, Gaston was taken into custody after she confessed to having intercourse with her boyfriend’s minor son. The alleged sexual contact reportedly took place in April, 2011.

(CNN) — A Catholic priest, facing criminal charges and a lawsuit alleging that he sexually abused a teenage boy, is now charged with attempting to hire someone to kill the youth, authorities said Tuesday. The Rev. John M. Fiala was in the Dallas County, Texas, jail on Tuesday, charged with one count of criminal solicitation to commit capital murder, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety and the jail’s website. He also is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bail totals $700,000.

A cash-strapped father threw his two young children to their deaths from a balcony before leaping off himself, Italian police have said. Marco Turrini, 41, had been unemployed for 18 months after the advertising firm where he worked was hit by the economic crisis and cut back his hours. Eric Justin Toth, a former private-school teacher, is wanted for allegedly possessing child pornography in Washington, DC. It is alleged that in June of 2008, pornographic images were found on a school camera that had been in Toth’s possession. Toth also allegedly produced child pornography in Maryland.

LOS ALAMOS, N.M.- The mother of an 11-week-old baby, who police say was beaten , is defending the baby’s father, even though police have charged him with child abuse. The baby is still recovering in the hospital Los Alamos. Police say his 19-year-old father, Tyrell Abney, admitted he hit the child with an open hand after first claiming he had dropped the child.
