A Soddy-Daisy man has been indicted by the Hamilton County grand jury on a charge of child rape. The parents of a 12-year-old girl told Soddy-Daisy police in June that Earl Boles, the 67-year-old manager of Earl’s Game Room at 9619 Dayton Pike, had raped their daughter at the pool hall.

TULSA, Okla. —Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton says the district attorney’s office has now filed a total of 7 counts of lewd molestation and 4 counts of first-degree rape against a man who describes himself as a youth pastor and scout leader. Joe Cheater, Jr., 39, remains jailed in Rogers County on bonds totalling $500,000, Walton told KRMG Monday.

Nashville, TN – On Tuesday, police arrested Carlos David Dalarca-Pagoada, 46, after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl and investigators believe he may have victimized more children. According to police, Dalarca-Pagoada enticed the young girl to his apartment after seeing her outside playing. Her parents immediately reported the alleged abuse.

A young girl in Mississippi was the victim of statutory rape at the hands of a 30-year-old man. She was also raped by a man later in the same evening. According to WREG News a Mississippi man has plead guilty to the statutory rape of a 11 year old girl. Sean Robertson of Waveland, Miss., pleaded guilty just only week after the child’s first attacker, 30 year old Christopher Spiehler, of Slidell, La was convicted of aggravated rape, simple kidnapping and 50 counts of child pornography.

Demolition began Monday morning at the offices of a former Delaware pediatrician convicted of raping and sexually abusing his young patients. On October 5, items were removed from Dr. Earl Bradley’s offices on Delaware Route 1 in preparation for the demolition.

Hillsdale, Mich. —Ashley Renee Ferguson was sentenced to 2-5 years in prison after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice in the case of her 3-year-old daughter’s death. “That sentence is totally inadequate,” said Hillsdale County Circuit Court Judge Michael Smith in court Monday morning. “You violated the most basic maternal instinct — protect your children.”

HAGERSTOWN—A Hagerstown man charged with critically injuring a 2-year-old boy last week was apprehended over the weekend trying to flee a home south of Hagerstown, Hagerstown Police Capt. Mark Holtzman said. The boy, Logan Sellers, has died, Assistant State’s Attorney Brett Wilson said Monday.

An Arab woman accused of capital murder in the January 2008 death of her 1-year-old infant pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated child abuse. Marshall County Circuit Judge Tim Jolley sentenced her to 20 years in prison, and she will be deported when she is released. Perla Edith Hernandez, 28, of Lowery Road has been in the Marshall County Jail since her arrest more than three years ago.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A babysitter in Clarksville was arrested after police said one of the children she was watching wandered off. Roberta Blue, 44, was charged with child abuse and neglect. Police said they were first called out to a home on Joshua Drive around 10:20 a.m. Sunday after a neighbor found a 7-year-old boy outside crying and upset stating that he was lost. Police learned the boy had been left in the care of a babysitter along with his siblings while his father was at work.

A Milwaukee woman is accused of killing a 23-year-old mother and removing her unborn from her womb. Unfortunately, both the mother and her child died. Maria Garcia says her best friend showed all the signs that she was pregnant. Even her daughter believed a baby was on the way. “She had a big belly for a while. Her belly was always big, and we would think she was going to have her baby,” she said.

VENTURA, CA — A Ventura man was arrested Sunday after stabbing his son with a sword, police said. Ventura Police received a call of a dispute around 12:30 p.m. Sunday in the 2500 block of Zuni Court. When officers arrived, they found 18-year-old Jose Gonzalez bleeding from a stab wound to the hand.

Lisa Hawkins’ abuse began decades before her boyfriend dangled her, head down, from the ninth floor balcony of a Myrtle Beach hotel. “You want out of this room so bad,” he growled at her, his large hands wrapped around her ankles. “You’re out of it now. What do you think of this?” Hawkins struggled, trying to free her legs and plummet.
