A teenage mum was caught on a hidden camera stuffing cotton wool from a soft toy down her child’s throat and attempting to smother her.Chevonne Youngineer was under suspicion of harming her child because she said her child frequently stopped breathing or starts chocking.When the 17 year old brought her daughter to hospital after another near death incident she was placed in a room with a hidden CCTV camera. Police said while in the room with her baby daughter Youngineer summoned nurses to say she wasn’t breathing.

Depressed 14-YO Student Kills Himself In Front Of 170 Classmates

A 14-year-old who had recently told classmates he was depressed shot himself in the face in a New Hampshire elementary school cafeteria filled with dozens of students eating lunch, officials said Friday. The teen, identified by a relative and fellow students as Hunter Mack, was hospitalized after shooting himself around 11 a.m. at Walpole Elementary School in southwestern New Hampshire. Police locked down the school for several hours, but no one else was injured.

Study Reveals Startling Statistics

ILLINOIS–1 in 5 children in Illinois lived in poverty in 2010. It’s just one of several startling statistics revealed Thursday morning. “Illinois Kids Count 2012” released their annual report today in eight communities across Illinois. In the Quad Cities, child advocates gathered at P&J Tender Care in Rock Island to bring awareness to our children, their challenges, and what changes need to be made. The report shows some important information on the health and well-being of kids and their families. For example, the poverty rate for families in the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program is 38%, with most of the families being single mother households.

Edward Claire Reisch is wanted for allegedly sexually abusing a minor female relative who was at his home over the Thanksgiving holiday in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1999. On November 27, 1999, a local arrest warrant was issued for Reisch by the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City charging Reisch with child abuse, sexual assault, and sodomy. A federal arrest warrant charging Reisch with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on March 2, 2001.

Jerry Sandusky Caught Spying On School Kids From His Back Porch

Jerry Sandusky, who was confined to his home after being arrested on charges of sexually abusing young boys, was spotted on his back porch spying on kids playing outside at a nearby elementary school, according to court documents. Now, prosecutors want a judge to confine the former Penn State football coach inside his home as part of his bail conditions that allow him to stay out of jail while he awaits trial. The state attorney general’s office argued in a court filing that Sandusky’s bail conditions should be revised so that he is not allowed outside except to seek medical treatment.

Another 200 Bondage Photos Found–Taken By Miramonte Teachers

Los Angeles County investigators say they have found an additional 200 photos allegedly taken by a former teacher accused of committing lewd acts on 23 children over a five-year period. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Carlos Marquez said on Wednesday the photos were found late last week at the same pharmacy where a photo lab technician had noticed the odd pictures. The recent discovery places the total number of photos to roughly 600. Mark Berndt, 61, has been charged with lewd acts on children, ages six to ten, between 2005 and 2010. Some of the photos show children blindfolded, their mouths taped and being fed a milky, white liquid authorities believe was his own semen as part of a ‘game’.

An Ohio man who allegedly stuck his 3-year-old son in a clothes dryer as punishment and then turned it on is now facing child endangerment charges. The Zanesville Times Recorder reports that 40-year-old Jamial Bayly is scheduled for a video arraignment Thursday in Cambridge Municipal Court after the reported abuse. Guernsey County Sheriff Michael McCauley says deputies went to the Cambridge home Sunday after getting a tip from family members.

Man Charged With Attempting to Kill His 11-MO Daughter

Huntington, W.V.– Larry Thomas, a 40-year-old West Virginia man was jailed Monday after he allegedly tried to suffocate his baby daughter with a pillow after arguing with his girlfriend over whose turn it was to feed the baby. According to Huntington Police, Thomas became angry after arguing with his 11-month-old daughter’s mother over whose turn it was to make the baby bottle.

MI Man Accused of Child-Torture, Donald Bayne, Arraigned

Donald Thomas Bayne faces up to life in prison if convicted of torturing a baby. The 23-year-old Bayne was arraigned Monday afternoon on that count and first-degree child abuse, a 15-year felony, for allegedly punching his girlfriend’s 9-month-old daughter in the head, causing skull fractures and internal injuries. Bayne, of 403 Peach, was charged as a second-time habitual offender, which could add 50 percent to his maximum prison sentence. That’s based on a 2009 conviction of animal killing/torture.

MORRIS, Michigan– A husband and wife were charged this week with possessing hundreds of images of child pornography, including photos that involved their 6-month-old daughter, Police Chief Keith Becker said today. The Mt. Morris couple was arraigned Tuesday in Genesee District Court, Becker said. Daniel A. Hall, 25, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and using a computer in the commission of a crime, according to court records.

Pediatrician Facing Federal Child Sexual Abuse Charges

LONG ISLAND, NY — A pediatrician is facing federal charges of sexually abusing his young female patients and then filing fraudulent insurance claims in their name, prosecutors said on Wednesday. Evidence in the case against Dr. Rakesh Punn, 53, includes a “how-to” guide on molestation he was writing on his computer which incorporated passages from the Kama Sutra, the ancient Indian sex treatise, prosecutors said.

Pregnant Teen Beaten, Held Captive for Nine Days, By Three Men

CERES—An 18-year-old pregnant teen was held captive and beaten for nine days, Ceres Police say. The suspects were arrested the three suspects, one of whom was the victim’s boyfriend, Tuesday. The victim’s boyfriend, 21-year-old Richard Garibay, found a message on the woman’s phone that he didn’t like on Jan. 27. Police say Garibay started beating the victim and threatened to kill her with a handgun.

Shock video shows the four-year-old boy with tears streaming down his face performing push-ups in heavy snow. Filmed on a New York street, the shaky footage sees a person wearing a heavy hooded jacket to protect themselves from the chill, proving just how extreme and bitter the conditions were at the time.

A mother allegedly slashed her nine-month-old baby’s throat just months after telling a pastor she could be possessed and might hurt the girl. Bradie Simpson, 39, of Camdenton, Missouri, was found in woods 225ft from her home as she held the baby covered in blood with a neck wound. It comes months after the body of her ex-boyfriend, the baby’s father, was found in the same woods last September, reported ABC affiliate KSPR. Edwin Duncan’s cause of death was never revealed and his body was eaten by vultures before it was found, her neighbour David Doyle said.
