A New Jersey dad has a bone to pick with teachers who mocked his autistic child. A video posted by Stuart Chaifetz gives incriminating evidence against some teachers at Horace Mann Elementary School who were caught mocking and abusing his son, Akian, who has autism. According to NJ.com Chaifetz sent his son to school with a recording device after he was warned about Akian striking some of the teachers.

BALTIMORE -Baltimore City police are investigating how a mother was able to enter a Department of Social Services building with a knife that she later used to stab her infant child. The stabbing occurred at the DSS building in the 3000 block of East Biddle Street shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday. Officers said when they arrived they found a child, who is about 8 months old, with multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck.

A Temecula man allegedly raped and abused a girl for more than a decade and kept photographs of himself wearing her underwear, records recently released show. Javier Cortez, 45, was arrested on suspicion of sodomy and lewd and lascivious behavior involving force with a person younger than 14, continual sexual abuse of a child younger than 4, forced oral copulation, driving without a license, speeding, failing to appear and misdemeanor indecent exposure, according to jail records.

A two-year-old boy slipped into a coma after his mother’s boyfriend allegedly slapped him hard in the face repeatedly. Mohd Danish Aiman was playing in the 31-year-old man’s house in Kampung Tualang, Manir at about 9pm on Friday. The man became angry with the boy and slapped him until he lost consciousness. The boy’s 22-year-old mother was at the man’s home at that time.

ALBUQUERQUE – Police have arrested a man accused of beating up a 3-year-old boy. Albuquerque police were called to a house on the 300 Block of Texas around noon Saturday. The child’s mother called police saying her boyfriend had hit her child over and over again while she was in the shower.

The mother of an 11-month-old boy hospitalized with skull fractures, a broken clavicle and puncture wounds in his feet from toothpicks has been charged with multiple counts of felony child abuse. Michelle Feliciano, 23, of the 5400 block of North Monitor Avenue, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a child causing permanent disability, one count of aggravated battery to a child causing great bodily harm and misdemeanor endangering the life and health of a child, according to police News Affairs.

KENTUCKY–A Manchester doctor has been charged with producing child pornography. Kentucky State Police and the FBI began an investigation on Thursday of possible sexual abuse by Dr. Kishore Jadhav. On Friday, during a follow-up to that investigation, police determined that Jadhav had allegedly produced pornography involving a minor.

The Department of Children and Family Services and police are investigating the death of a 4-month-old Mount Prospect girl who died three days after she was found unresponsive at a Hoffman Estates day care center. Anna Belle Chung was unconscious and was not breathing when paramedics arrived at the day care center, which was run out of a private home, Wednesday morning, said Hoffman Estates Mayor Bill McLeod.

Kershaw, SC — A mother and her live in boyfriend have been arrested and charged with unlawful conduct towards a child. The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Department says 24-year-old Catharine Ammons and 27-year-old James Watson Ammons were arrested after their 4-year-old daughter suffered two broken arms and a broken leg from being severely abused over several months.

“My father was a handsome, intelligent man,” recalls Marilyn Van Derbur. “He served as president of the Denver Area Boy Scout Council and helped establish Denver’s Cleo Wallace Village for Handicapped Children. But there was another—secret—side to him. From the time I was 5 until I was 18 and moved away to college, my father sexually violated me.”
