GALESBURG —The alleged offender and another individual were charged Thursday after one sexually abused a child and the other did not contact officials when the victim initially reported it. Calvin J. Williams, 27, Iowa Avenue, has been charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The first charge is punishable by up to 60 years in prison and $25,000 in fines. Prosecutors allege that between Sept. 25, 2010, and April 11, 2012, Williams engaged in sexual activities with a child. The victim was 8 years old at the time of the first alleged incident.

A Philadelphia police officer is in jail after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Anthony Dattilo, 36, was arrested on Thursday over claims he abducted the teenager and had sex with her in a Bensalem Township motel room. Police found the 12-year-veteran at the Lincoln Motel on Lincoln Highway at around 12.30am, following reports from the girl’s family of a possible abduction.

DUCHESNE — A Duchesne County woman is facing felony charges after investigators say she took nude photos of her teenage daughter knowing the girl intended to send them to an Oregon man. Prosecutors charged the 35-year-old woman this week in 8th District Court with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.

ORANGE, CA — A man who led police on a pursuit in Orange County has been booked on suspicion of murdering his girlfriend and their two young sons. Shazer Limas, 31, was wanted for questioning after managers at his former apartment complex called to report finding blood in the unit he had just vacated. Limas had lived in the apartment with his girlfriend, Arlet Hernandez, 31, and her two sons, a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old, said Sgt. Dan Adams of the Orange Police Department.

Jullian Clementi Cooper, 28, a soft ball coach in Wood Ridge High School, is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault, after she had sex with a male student numerous times in her own home.

According to FOX Houston, the father dropped off two older kids to school and forgot to bring the baby to the daycare and left the baby in the car.

The Baltimore Police Department has released the 911 calls from a Department of Social Services office where authorities said a mother stabbed her 8-month-old daughter five times during a supervised visit. According to the Baltimore Sun, 29-year-old Kenisha Thomas was arrested on April 25 and charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and child abuse for allegedly stabbing her daughter, Pretty Diamond, in the head, neck and chest.

Tucson, AZ – Melissa Dalton, a 33-year-old art teacher at Ironwood Ridge High School was jailed Monday after she allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with two students. According to Oro Valley Police, an investigation was launched after a school resource officer was contacted about the allegations and the case was handed over to Oro Valley detectives.
