A former Metropolitan Police PCSO with a 13 year history of child sex abuse that began when he was just 12 years old has been jailed. Billy Wheatley, 25, videoed himself on a mobile phone abusing a girl aged just five or six and recorded sexual assaults while wearing a hidden camera. He was working for the force in Bromley when he committed some of the series of offences that spanned 13 years. He admitted 18 sex crimes dating back to 2000, including two counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration.

A magician who performed at holiday camps for 18 years has been jailed for abusing children he groomed with his magic tricks. Ivan Russell, 42, targeted vulnerable families at the resorts and used his magic skills to befriend them before abusing the children. The ‘predatory pedophile’ abused four boys and one girl, aged between eight and 15, while working at camps in Great Yarmouth, Northamptonshire and Lancashire. He has been jailed for six years and the judge branded him the ‘most selfish man I have ever come across’.

A father who discovered his girlfriend was cheating on him battered their three-year-old daughter to death, a court heard today. Richard Green, 22, subjected Lia Green to ‘significant physical abuse’ after learning girlfriend Natalie Critchley was having an affair with a parent at a children’s nursery where she worked, it was said. Lia was rushed to hospital in August last year after she was found unresponsive and not breathing. She died shortly after being admitted to the Royal Preston Hospital. Doctors discovered Lia had a significant number of bruises to her neck, chest, abdomen, both arms, both legs, buttocks and back caused by deliberate blows. Part of her bowel had been completely severed.

PORT SALERNO — Moments after the 10-year old girl escaped from a man who had sexually assaulted her in the woods behind Manatee Creek Park, her mother was on the cellphone with 911 dispatchers, running to the park to find the man, according to a recording released Tuesday. “My daughter just came home and said a man asked her to find his dog in the woods and then she went to help him and he pulled her pants down,” the mother said. In the 3 minute and 40 second recording, the mother could be heard walking to the park while talking to a dispatcher.

Police are looking for a woman accused of abusing a 3-year-old girl at the Oregon ZooWednesday. Officers were called at 3:40 p.m. after a witness reported the woman apparently in her mid-20s who kicked, slapped and pushed the child to the ground, Portland policesaid. The woman also yelled profanity at the child during the alleged abuse. The woman then swore at the witness when she was confronted, police said. The woman left with the girl, pushing her into a cement wall as they were leaving. Surveillance video shows the two leaving with another woman and child.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A New York woman who’d just seen her 10-year-old daughter raped during a carjacking was stabbed to death during a struggle that allowed the child to escape and get help, a prosecutor said Wednesday. Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said 29-year-old David Renz was trying to use cable ties to bind the woman to a headrest in her car when she fought back and shouted for the girl, whose hands were tied behind her back, to bolt from the car. As the child ran off and was rescued by a passing motorist, her mother was strangled and repeatedly stabbed in the head and chest, according to a 37-count indictment that includes a top count of first-degree murder.

Anonymous has vowed to expose the identities of the four boys behind the rape of a 17-year-old girl who killed herself after they circulated a photograph of the assault. The hacking collective said that they knew who two of the supposed culprits were and that they were confirming the identity of a third before putting them on the Internet. In a post the group added that it was ‘only a matter’ of time before they got the fourth as well.

36-year-old Daniel Reilly of Queens, New York, was arrested Monday after evidence of sexual liaisons with a student surfaced. According to the New York Daily News, Reilly had pursued a sexual relationship with a student over a period of eight months at his apartment.

At least 14 people were wounded in an apparent mass stabbing at Lone Star College’s CyFair campus in Cypress, Texas, on Tuesday morning. The suspect, a white male armed with what one witness described as an X-Acto knife, was detained, police said. The suspect, believed to be 21, was enrolled at the school. Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia said police received a 911 call at 11:12 a.m. local time reporting a white male “on the loose stabbing people.”

JACKSON — A Michigan woman charged in the death of a newborn lost custody of two of her other children a decade ago. Amanda Redman is charged with involuntary manslaughter. According to the Jackson County prosecutor’s office, Redman’s 27-day-old-daughter, Amillia, was found dead in her home on April 2. Authorities say the cause of death was suffocation.

ROCKFORD, Ill. — A northern Illinois woman who admitted leaving a newborn daughter to freeze to death along a rural roadway in 2004 was sentenced Friday to 50 years in prison. Katie Stockton, 32, faced up to 60 years in prison for the death of the infant, who became known as Baby Crystal around the Rock River Valley after her frozen remains were found. Winnebago County prosecutors dropped 11 remaining murder charges in exchange for her guilty plea in February to a single count of first-degree murder.

PHILADELPHIA – Abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who ran the “House of Horrors” abortion clinic in West Philadelphia that was shut down after an FBI raid in 2010, faced the jury for the first time Monday in a case with high stakes: Gosnell faces the possibility of the death sentence if found guilty. Gosnell, 72, is facing capital murder charges for allegedly severing the spines of at least seven babies born alive at his filthy abortion center. He is also facing one additional count of third degree murder for the death of Karnamaya Mongar, 41, who sought an abortion at his clinic and was given a lethal overdose of medication.
