An 11-year-old Oklahoma boy and his mother have been arrested after the boy allegedly raped his 6-year-old sister and the mother failed to report the incident, according to authorities. Police made the arrests on Friday afternoon after an Oklahoma Department of Human Services worker received a tip about the alleged assault and interviewed family members. The 6-year-old girl told the human services worker that she was in her bedroom doing homework on Wednesday when her brother and a 7-year-old cousin asked her to pull her pants off, according to a police report obtained by MailOnline. Two instructors at a California camp for at-risk teenagers were arrested for allegedly physically assaulting campers.  Retired Marine Corps Sgt. NORRIDGEWOCK — State police have arrested a former sheriff’s deputy, the husband of a day care center operator, on charges of unlawful sexual contact with three children. Horace Barstow, 67, of Norridgewock, was arrested Friday and released on bail,Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety, said in a news release. Zhou Xijun, 48, is facing the death penalty after telling police he killed the two-month-old because he was worried the baby’s crying would give him away. Internationally acclaimed artist ‘sexually abused young girls in nighties after blindfolding them’
A famous artist sexually abused young girls after blindfolding them and dressing them in Victorian-style nighties, a jury heard today. Graham Ovenden, 70, is accused of offences against four children aged from six to 14 who posed for him between 1972 and 1985. Ovenden’s work includes nude and semi-nude portraits of young girls. Ramsay Quaife, prosecuting, said the offences took place at his homes in London and Cornwall and the alleged victims – all now adults – had similar accounts of the alleged abuse. The Michigan State Police is investigating a missing 15-year-old from Riley Township. Isha Greir was last seen by family Feb. 26 when she attended class at Crossroads Alternative Education School in Capac. Her family has not had contact with her since, according to a statement from the Michigan State Police. Investigators believe she met with a subject that same afternoon and traveled to Roseville. Five children, aged between one and 15, were rescued from a home so packed with trash that they couldn’t move around. Police found two of the children, aged three and one, in a basement which had no visible walkways through the filth. Another officer found a 7 and a 9-year-old in a back room with similar conditions. A 15-year-old wheelchair bound boy was also marooned in the home with no way of getting past the waste.
