Troubled Teen Camp Instructors Arrested for Physical, Sexual Abuse

Two instructors at a California camp for at-risk teenagers were arrested for allegedly physically assaulting campers. Retired Marine Corps Sgt. Edgar Alvarado and Ruben Romero Mora, were instructors at 180° Recon in East Los Angeles and are accused of using excessive force in their dealings with kids who attended Camp Coulter.
