RUSTBURG, VA – A Virginia woman and two others have been charged with malicious wounding and child abuse after her two children were tattooed and attempts were then made to remove the tattoos. Media outlets report 35-year-old Melissa Delp and her 32-year-old boyfriend, Daniel Janney, were charged Friday. PHILADELPHIA – Police have arrested the person who shot two students Friday at a school in the Logan section of the city, but they have not recovered the gun.  After a search that lasted about an hour, Philadelphia police arrested the shooter, also a student, at his home in Grays Ferry located about 11 miles away from the school. Authorities said the 15-year-old victims – one male and one female – were shot in the arm while inside the Delaware Valley Charter High School gym around 3:30 p.m. They were in stable condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center, a block away from the school.
