ALBUQUERQUE- A little boy, who spent several days struggling to survive after he was thrown against a dresser , has died.  Police say his step-father Richard Gutierrez, 31, admitted to throwing the boy against a dresser because the child wet his pants.  Isaiah Gutierrez, 5, was brain dead for days.  Police have now confirmed that Isaiah had to be taken off life support.  READ MORE  HERE

Two students from Roswell, Ga., are facing charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated molestation after a 10-year-old deaf boy reported that he was sexually assaulted on a school bus traveling from the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf, WSB-TV reports. Evidence also reveals that the bus driver had knowledge of the attacks but did not contact authorities, Attorney Tommy Maddox told the station. READ MORE HERE

(Arkansas) Another anonymous donor has come forward and, as a result, Damien Echols’s defense team has doubled the amount of the reward to $200,000 to find the real killers of the three young boys in the West Memphis 3 case. The donors have chosen to remain anonymous and have placed a time limit on the reward offer. If no direct evidence emerges, the funds will be allocated toward further DNA and investigative efforts. A 31-year-old man faces capital murder and molestation charges after he allegedly stabbed his nine-year-old stepdaughter to death to cover up months of sexual abuse. Prosecutors claim Jacinto Zuniga Trujillo, from Long Beach, Los Angeles, stabbed the girl as he feared she would reveal he had been sexually abusing her since November. The body of the girl – identified in court papers as Xiomara Fernandez – was found in the parking lot of Los Altos United Methodist Church on Saturday at about 11 a.m., according to the LA Times. A paedophile priest who plied altar servers with cocaine before sexually abusing them has been jailed for nine and a half years by an Italian court. Father Riccardo Seppia, 51, was arrested by police after they discovered his activities during an investigation into the supply of drugs to Milan’s gay nightclub scene. 2 charged in connection with child sex abuse

GALESBURG —The alleged offender and another individual were charged Thursday after one sexually abused a child and the other did not contact officials when the victim initially reported it. Calvin J. Williams, 27, Iowa Avenue, has been charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The first charge is punishable by up to 60 years in prison and $25,000 in fines. Prosecutors allege that between Sept. 25, 2010, and April 11, 2012, Williams engaged in sexual activities with a child. Cop in jail after ‘sexually assaulting girl, 14, and offering her $100 to do it’

A Philadelphia police officer is in jail after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Anthony Dattilo, 36, was arrested on Thursday over claims he abducted the teenager and had sex with her in a Bensalem Township motel room. Police found the 12-year-veteran at the Lincoln Motel on Lincoln Highway at around 12.30am, following reports from the girl’s family of a possible abduction. READ MORE HERE

DUCHESNE — A Duchesne County woman is facing felony charges after investigators say she took nude photos of her teenage daughter knowing the girl intended to send them to an Oregon man. ORANGE, CA — A man who led police on a pursuit in Orange County has been booked on suspicion of murdering his girlfriend and their two young sons. Shazer Limas, 31, was wanted for questioning after managers at his former apartment complex called to report finding blood in the unit he had just vacated.
