Jesse Paul Speer allegedly told his Wyoming kidnap victim to put her head down as he drove his SUV through town after stopping a church parking lot in order to tie the 11-year-old Cody resident’s hands. When she attempted to raise her head up, he hit her with the butt of his gun, the Billings Gazette reported. More details have been revealed as well now that the man has been apprehended and kept inside the Gallatin County Detention Center on a $2 million bond since the weekend, including how he enticed her to help him look for his dog and then abducted her from her friends.
