Ashley White, 31, is the mother of Noah Thomas. She is charged with the “accidental killing, contrary to the intention of the parties, while in the commission of some other felonious act.” According to a press release from the Pulaski County sheriff’s office, that other felony was the abuse or neglect of her child.
