A burn victim in Washington state is now facing sex crime charges after his wife said she set him on fire for molesting her daughter, according to a report. Vincent Phillips, 52, who is in intensive care at a Harborview Medical Center, was expected to be charged with first-degree child molestation, local KOMO-TV reported.
