Woman Planned To Kill Pregnant Friend,Steal Baby

Maricopa, Arizona – Kassandra Toruga, an 18-year-old Arizona woman was jailed Thursday after she allegedly plotted to kill her pregnant friend and cut out the unborn child. According to police, an investigation began back in mid-February when the Maricopa Fire Department was called to put out a fire at the victim’s residence.
