LOUISVILLE, KY – The woman who allegedly left her dead newborn inside a trash can in a Louisville department store restroom is now facing murder charges. Louisville Metro Police arrested Jessica Price, 29, Wednesday evening. On August 8, police and EMS were notified of an unresponsive newborn at the Kohl’s Department Store on Standiford Plaza Drive. The newborn was pronounced dead at the scene. According to a Louisville Metro Police report, an investigation determined the baby died as the result of an intentional act. READ MORE HERE
