Woman Found Guilty In Premeditated Murder of Newborn Twins
GALLATIN, Tenn. – A jury has found Lindsey Lowe guilty of first degree murder in the deaths of her twin newborn sons. They deliberated for just over two hours. Lowe was found guilty Tuesday on two count each of felony first degree murder, felony premeditated murder and aggravated child abuse. The judge sentenced her to life in prison for the counts of first degree murder. A sentencing hearing was scheduled Friday, April 26 for the aggravated child abuse convictions. Lowe’s bond was revoked and she was taken into custody. She waved to family members and said “I love you all” as she left the courtroom.
