Woman Beat 7-YO Boy After He Failed to Watch Her Toddler

River Beach, FL – Nicole McDowell, a 23-year-old Florida woman was jailed Sunday after she alleged beat a small child with a metal pole because he failed to keep track of her toddler son for her.
