STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — An alleged child rapist from California with ties to Staten Island could be lurking somewhere in the borough, and authorities want to nab him.  The United States Marshal Service is asking anyone who has seen Patrick Senatore or has information on his whereabouts to call them immediately.
