https://www.completerehabsolutions.com/blog/zsqp6bd54 Ok, what the teacher said is wrong. No teacher should ever call a child names. As far as the “put your hands together” or “no” comments…well there is a grey area. I have been around many “special needs” children and from my (non professional) observation they often need structure…black and white…yes and no…do this, don’t do that…. But I also don’t know what was really agreed upon with the behavior specialist so I can’t blanket say they were wrong or anything….the TONE was poor though. The bastard part? Jo excuse and she should be fired for that! It sounded like the aide said several times “stop” so I don’t know if she should be judged as harshly.
With all that said…
This guy IS trying to make this about himself! His tone, affect, mannerisms, etc… Denote acting and not outrage or anger. You want me to give you the simplest evidence that this IS about him and not his son? Where did his son attend school the next day, week, month???? If a parent was so outraged by the “abuse”… So angered by the culture that allowed such abuse with several people being involved….how could he send him back to that school? Could you send your child back if you were that angered and outraged? Just ask yourself what it says about him if he sent his kid back the next day, week, month, etc…

Get Alprazolam Online This is an outrage. I just went thru similar problems with a school over my 8 yo autistic son, who like Akian is very gentle and kind. They moved my son to a new school the beginning of this year because last year he had a lazy teacher who just complained and complained. He was put into a class like Akian was in. It was the worst thing ever done to him. After 8 wks at this school, weeks of me begging for a meeting it came to a head and I refused to send him back to that school. I would go to jail or whatever I had to do, but my son would not be going back to a place I felt was unsafe for him, physically or emotionally. I called the principal and told her that if she did not make arrangements for my son to return to his old school I would get a child advocate for him and we would fight them that way. Funny thing, that meeting I begged for day after day, week after week, was finally planned and I went in prepared for battle. I called CARD and had a representative from there with me. CARD is the Center for autisim and related disablities. Check your area you should have one. These people get it! They back you, they fight for the child, they give loads of support and activities to help the children. My son, I am happy to say is back at his old school. Doing better than ever in a real classroom, not a special one. He had never been in a special one until they sent him there the beginning of the 3rd grade. It took one lazy uninterested teacher to turn his world upside down, do harm that no one can take back and he has to live with it. Autistic children are like any other child. They need love, nurturing, understanding, kindness, consideration, encouragement and people that teach them should be able to supply that with ease. It cost nothing.
Dunhill, the remark above….you are an idiot! I hope you never have to stand up for your child the way we have to stand up for ours. The father is doing the only legal thing available to him besides suing, which I would do. Kudos to you Akian DAD!! Keep fighting for Akian.
