Video Shows Man Punching Toddler In Face

Police in Bakersfield, California arrested a man who was caught on surveillance video abusing his son at a supermarket. The shocking incident happened around 2:30 Thursday afternoon. The video shows 23-year-old Justin Whittington running up to a toddler, slapping him in the face and knocking him to the ground. Whittington then yanks the boy off the floor as he hysterically begins to cry. A woman, possibly his mother, walks up and takes him outside as if nothing happened. READ MORE HERE
