U.S. Marshalls Capture Child Rapist

NEW YORK — The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested 33-year-old Albert Bowman in York in connection with rape of a child, according to a news release. In September 2012, the York City Police Department investigated an allegation of rape and sexual assault of a minor, according to the news release. Based upon an investigation, an arrest warrant for Bowman was issued on June 14, the news release states. York City Police asked for the assistance of the United States Marshals Service Middle District of Pennsylvania Task Force, according to a news release.
