Three suspects in the case of a 9-year-old girl reportedly raped over the past several weeks were ordered held today on $50,000 cash bonds. The 9-year-old’s mother, who is not being named to protect the identity of the child, was charged in Marathon County Court Friday with failure to protect her child. The mother’s boyfriend, Bryan Hearron, 41, was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child, and Hearron’s friend, registered sex offender Clyde McCollum Jr., 38, was charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography.
