Toddler Tortured, Murdered by Mother’s Boyfriend

article-2353600-1AA06B61000005DC-949_306x423A three-year-old girl died after suffering ‘indescribable atrocities’ allegedly at the hands of her mother’s boyfriend which included a skull fracture, bite marks, burns, trauma to her genitals and swollen eyes.  Carroll Bumgarner-Ramos, 29, from Willimantic, Connecticut, has been charged with first-degree assault and risk of injury. More serious charges are expected to be filed pending autopsy results. The paramedic who treated the toddler at the scene said her injuries were the worst he’d seen on a child in his 21-year career. The girl was in cardiac arrest and didn’t breathe during the ambulance ride to Windham Hospital, the paramedic told police.
