Teen Indicted for Child Sexual Abuse

WACO, Texas – A McLennan County grand jury has indicted a Crawford High School student on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a young child. Donnie Wayne Howard, 17, is accused of taking nude photos of two young children, recording video of the sexual abuse of one of them, and then sharing the images with a friend using an instant message application.
