PLAINVILLE, Massachusetts — A Plainville teenager has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in her former boyfriend’s suicide. Officials say 18-year-old Michelle Carter encouraged her former boyfriend, 18-year-old Conrad Roy, to commit suicide.
