Teen accused of raping & killing 4-yr old half-sister

A Tekamah teenager is being held without bail after being charged with first-degree murder and first-degree sexual assault of his 4-year-old half sister.
Christian Wilcox, 14, was charged as an adult Monday in Burt County Court in connection with the death of Sierra Wilcox, who died May 1.
