Teacher Accused of Raping Student
Pennington County authorities arrested a New Underwood High School teacher on rape and sexual-contact charges Thursday evening. Kyle Keegan, 26, was arrested in Rapid City, where he lives, according to a news release from the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office. Keegan made his initial court appearance from Pennington County Jail on Friday morning. He is charged with fourth-degree rape of a victim between the ages of 13 and 15 and sexual contact with a child younger than 16. His bond was set at $50,000. READ MORE HERE
