CHULA VISTA, CA — An elementary school teacher suspected of luring children online in order to obtain nude pictures of them has been arrested, the San Diego Police Department announced Tuesday. 41-year-old John Kinlock, a first grade teacher at Wolf Canyon Elementary School, is accused of pretending to be a 13-year-old girl in order to meet boys on a web site and get them to send him nude photographs and video.
