Cody police arrested Jason Nichols, 39, of Mount Vernon, Wash., on four counts of first-degree rape of a child. The arrest at a Cody apartment was the result of an outstanding warrant from Skagit County, Wash. Police and marshals arrested Nichols without incident about 8:15 a.m. Nov. 27.
