The video – recorded Dec. 1, 2008 – shows then-16-year-old Kyle Ramirez wearing only boxer shorts and a shackle across his ankle as he enters the gym to ask for help. He then disappears briefly before he’s covered by a towel and led away from the desk area by a staff member.
