Taylor, 55, of Lincoln, was taken into custody Sunday, June 5, and charged with four counts of second-degree rape, one count of first-degree attempted rape, one count of sex offender-unlawful sexual conduct, two counts of sexual exploitation of a child- photograph/film in sexual act and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
