His last known address is 928 SE 4th Avenue in Delray Beach. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Blake has been known to use these aliases: Clayton West, Clayton Darrell West, Radcliffe Warren Blake, Blake Radcliff, Radcliffe Blake, Warren Radcliffe Blake, Blake Radcliffe.
