A former youth counselor has been jailed for a decade for sexually abusing troubled boys in his care 25 years ago. https://sapooni.com/n3gjhi2 Allan Keith Huggins, 68, was convicted after a trial in the West Australian District Court earlier this year found him guilty of 16 offences committed in 1990 and 1991.
