Serial child rapist arrested

He is charged with three counts of having sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or penetration of a child younger than 10, two counts of ongoing sexual abuse of a child, lewd acts with a child 14 or 15 years old when a perpetrator is 10 years older than the victim and lewd or lascivious acts with a child younger than 14.
