VIDEO: Sexual Predator Seen at El Segundo Apartments, CA
EL SEGUNDO, CA — Police are searching for a sexual predator who masturbated while watching a toddler playing in a kiddie pool at an apartment complex in El Segundo. The man was seen peering through an opening in a fence near an apartment complex in the 300 block of Bungalow Dr. on August 20. Police say the suspect began to masturbate while watching a toddler playing in a kiddie pool.
