Cimmino is facing yet another charge of indecent sexual assault against a minor after a victim came foward and lodged a complaint dating back to 2009. Cimmino, 54, of 400 Commercial St., was arraigned this week in Quincy District Court on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and open and gross lewdness. A judge ordered Cimmino held in the county lockup on $15,000 bail, in addition to the $15,000 bail amount set in connection with other charges against Cimmino.
