RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA — A high school principal in San Bernardino County has been arrested on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a former student. Brian Garrett Joseph, 38, the principal of Etiwanda High School, was arrested Tuesday at his home on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
