Westmoreland is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous. Westmoreland has been wanted since February 2017. He has ties to Galveston (Galveston County), his last known address; Sugar Land (Fort Bend County); and Lexington, Kentucky.
