Preschool teacher charged with child abuse

A preschool teacher in West Melbourne was arrested on child abuse charges.Police say Laura Negron was arrested after an incident Thursday at the Mustard Seed Kidz Preschool on Eber Road. Police were called to the school after a report of child abuse. READ MORE HERE
