Pre-School Teacher Slammed Child’s Head Into Desk

Elementary school teacher Ms. Fergin-Mavaega’s past came back to haunt her when parents held a meeting upon learning the teacher was accused of harming a student at her former school. Fergin-Mavaega, 51, was transferred from her previous job mid year from Bret Harte to Sherman Elementary, where parents were not all to pleased upon finding out the teacher had been transferred due to allegedly pushing a student’s head into a desk.
