Police Search for Child Rapist

LOUDON (Knoxville, TN) – The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a man who’s a child rape suspect. There’s a warrant for the arrest of Edward Underwood, Jr., 61, for allegedly raping a juvenile family member. Investigators say Underwood is 5’8″ and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be driving a blue Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck with a white camper top. Officials say if you have any information on Underwood’s whereabouts, call the sheriff’s office at 865-988-2352 or dispatch at 865-458-9081 .
