Police Search for Abuse Suspect

PENNSYLVANIA – Hampden Township Police are on the lookout for a man who is suspected of abusing an 11-month-old child, according to a news release. Andrew S. Rivera, 22, is sought after an 11-month-old girl was admitted to the Harrisburg Hospital emergency room with injuries consistent with abuse, police said.
