JACKONSONVILLE, Florida – The child that was sexually assaulted in Arlington on Monday night has given a description of her attacker to police. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced in a briefing on Friday that the attacker is a black man with short hair. The eight-year-old did not provide an age range.
